Reporting A Disciplinary Incident
All incidents should be reported to the Rob Richtering by email within 24 hours. He will appoint a “Case Manager” to review the case.

In order that disciplinary incidents can be dealt with speedily, the Case Manager will urgently establish contact with the Club(s) concerned.

Clubs will be expected to convene internal enquiries and convey the action they propose to take to the Case Manager within 4 days of the initial contact based upon the League’s ‘Disciplinary Penalties’.

The intention is that any suspension/penalty will be placed in force prior to the next scheduled league fixture. In the event of the club(s) failing to do this, the League Disciplinary Committee may impose a one week suspension subject to the hearing in circumstances where it is clear that such suspension will be a minimum imposition.

If the action taken by the Club(s) is deemed appropriate by the League Disciplinary Committee, the Case Manager will advise the parties responsible for submitting the report, the Club(s) concerned and record the incident on the League Website.

If the action taken by the Club(s) is deemed inappropriate by the League Disciplinary Committee, a League Disciplinary Hearing will be held. In some instances the Case Manager may decide that the incident (s) goes straight to a League Disciplinary Hearing.

In the event that a hearing is held, there will be a mandatory £50 administration charge plus costs for venue hire and panel member travel. These are not dependent on the case outcome, and are not refundable.
